FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Staff members from Collegiate Project Services (CPS) conducted a Readiness Assessment during the ten-week period from April 7, 2008 to June 13, 2008 to provide an independent evaluation of the ability of EduK Group to organize and implement an enterprise-wide Student ERP and other auxiliary systems to replace the current student systems.

EduK personnel participated in individual interview sessions, an on-line survey and focus group sessions.  The first focus group, a critical issues session, was a brainstorming session in which participants generated a list of "frequently asked questions" that must be answered.
